Vulcanized shoes are footwear whose uppers are made of rubber, fabric, or leather, and whose soles are made of rubber. They are manufactured through processes such as bonding, molding, or injection molding, and then subjected to vulcanization under specific temperature and pressure conditions. This process imparts high strength and elasticity to both the upper and the sole, and ensures a firm bond between them, which is why they are called vulcanized shoes.

Injection-molded shoes: The soles of injection-molded shoes are typically made from plastic. Injection molding of plastic shoes is a manufacturing process in which the rubber compound is directly injected from the barrel into a mold, where it is then vulcanized and bonded to fabric or leather uppers.

2. Different processes

Leather shoes made using the vulcanization process are also known as vulcanized leather shoes.

Injection-molded shoes are produced by injecting plastic under specific temperature and pressure conditions, giving the upper and sole of the shoe a certain degree of flexibility and elasticity while ensuring that the two parts fuse together seamlessly. Hence, they are called injection-molded shoes. Leather shoes made using the injection-molding process are also referred to as injection-molded leather shoes.

Maintenance methods

1. Clean your shoes regularly. If the shoe surface gets dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent—never scrub vigorously with a brush.

2. Leather sneakers should be oiled to ensure the leather remains flexible.

3. Do not use bleach when cleaning.

4. Avoid water seepage, direct sunlight exposure, and exposure to fire. After washing, avoid direct sunlight to prevent aging, deformation, discoloration, and rupture of the mesh surface.
